about aag
AAG is a new dispute resolution firm for the alternative asset space. AAG offers the services of our founder/CEO Michael Album as a mediator, arbitrator or expert witness. AAG also offers executive coaching to address organizational challenges. The AAG advantage is Album’s deep experience with the structure and business operations of the alternative asset space.
Compensation and human capital issues in the alternative asset space involve huge sums and critical organizational challenges, and if not handled effectively, can destroy the franchise. These issues do not arise overnight-founders may over time take different views on economics, governance and succession; compensation “misses” can lead to PMs getting poached; team “lift outs” often occur when communication (and compensation) practices fail to adapt. AAG offers clear alternatives. First, to partner with clients to identify and resolve issues at the earliest stages. Second, if disputes arise AAG can provide the expertise and experience for effective mediation and arbitration.
Note: AAG provides dispute resolution and related services and not legal services or advice.
